Mason and Megan's new car!

Megan decides that she's going to take Carm's car out for a spin. I think she might be a tad short?

Our friends Carmelo and Julie own a convertible. Mason decided to get some pre-dating tips from Carm about how to drive, how to treat his lady (aka their daughter, Sophia!) and what NOT to do on a date. Think he'll still have his car in another 12 years when Mason's of driving age??

Mommy's Online Meet-up!!!!

We made hand print shirts for each of the boys that had the date on them. Now they'll always have something from our very first meet-up!

Xander and Mason became best friends from the start! Laura got these super-hero matching shirts for the boys. Let me tell you what...they are CRAZY together! We got a taste of what it would be like to have two sets of twins.

This was the best picture we got with our camera for the 4 kids. It wasn't as hard as we thought it would be to get the 4 kiddos to sit still long enough for a quick picture. They sure are precious!

Our friends from Burlington, Ontario, came to visit with us for the weekend! Jennifer and Laura have been friends on-line since they were pregnant with Mason and Xander. Now Megan and their youngest, Liam, were born just a few days apart, too! We had an awesome weekend together.

Yup, I am posting a blog to the blog site! My first ever. How exciting. I should be asleep but I have been staining my deck since 7pm tonight. Good thing about staining at night is that it looks good under the cover of darkness!

PS: I was NOT sleeping the other night when Jennifer posted the previous blog. I was watching Righteous Kill with Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro. A decent movie. Not top notch, but decent.

"I like that Grandpa, Mommy!"

Mason and I went to Vermont for the day this past Saturday. We went to my college roommate's son's third birthday party! (Still hard to believe we both have 2 kids each!) After the party, we decided to meet my parents for dinner at the 99 Restaurant, since it was about 30 minutes from where the birthday party was. Mason had so much fun with Gram and Grandpa! Once we said our good-byes and were headed back home, Mason says, "I like that Grandpa, Mommy. He's my friend."

Need I say more?

The Circus!

Daddy and Mason went to the circus together last week! It was the first time for both!! (I know, I know...) Aunt Kellie let us use her company's box seats tickets. Thank you, Aunt Kellie!!!! Mason's favorite part of the circus (as of yesterday) was when the Ring Master said, "What are you doing? Sitting there waiting for the bus to take you to the circus?" He finds this HILARIOUS!!

Happy 14 Months, Miss Megan!

Miss Megan is now 14 months old! She enjoys laughing with her big brother, Mason, tickles Mommy on the chin and neck daily, walks, climbs and is starting to "run" after all of us, has 8 teeth (4 on top and 4 on the bottom) sits still when Mommy puts her hair into pig tails, sleeps a good 12+ hours a night, still takes two good naps during the day, LOVES to swing on her swing outside, gives her baby hugs and kisses, adores Mason, loves steak and chicken, thinks her Daddy is hilarious and is the sweetest baby girl ever!!

We're Official Bloggers!

Can you believe it? We're finally blogging! We have a family website that we (as in Jennifer) post Mason and Megan's pictures on, but we thought we'd start a blog where you can come and see what's going on in our exciting lives!

Right now, Eric's sleeping on the couch in front of his big screen TV, the kids are soundly sleeping, and I'm getting more overtired with each passing minute.

I'm hoping to get some recent pics of the kids (and us!) on here soon.

We're exciting to start our blogging journey, and hope you all feel a little closer to us by watching the kids grow and learning about our life with two kiddos!
